Accommodation
There is one large bedroom with a double bed. Two additional beds can be provided for 250 baht a day. The maximum amount of guests permitted is two adults and two children
Rates
Rent - 1, 700 baht a day or 12,000 Baht a week
Deposit to secure reservation – 50% non-refundable
Security deposit - 20,000
To secure the property 50% of the total rental is required with the balance paid on check in. In addition a security deposit of 20, 000 baht is required which will be refunded on check-out subject to any damage/breakages
