San Sabuay House was a daily House for rent, we have a rate for daily and monthly rate. The house living in Hua hin Soi 102 that opposite Sailom Hotel and Intercontinental Hua hin Hotel. Our house was in the city and near to tourist place such as Night market, Cicada Market, Floating Market. In front of the alley have Mini Mart(seven eleven) and from the alley to the house take for 3 mins drive and from the house to the sea is around 5 mins for drive. The house was live in Country Hill 5 village that was near Pha Suk Village. And have wind all day, this house was for 8 persons especially for big family and a group of friend that was to change a view without the sea but you can see the view of mountain. The house have 1 floor 2 bedroom 2bathroom 1 living room and 1 kitchen and we have a fully kitchen ware such as refrigerator, toaster, microwave, gas stove, rice cooking, electric stove, stove for sea food and BBQ, electric kettle, freezer, dish, blow, folk and spoon etc. In the both bedroom have air condition and in the both bathroom have water heater. And we have a cable TV with TV LCD32\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\" and free Internet WiFi. Ps. This house was available for 8 persons and if it have over 8 persons we will charge you 150 bath per person (bed adding). I will charge for adult only and you can bring the pet to my house but only for small pets. Daily rental rate is 2,800 bath. Monthly rental rate is 18,000 bath.
