The whole piece of land is 34,960 but only the piece 19,599 is for sell. The whole piece of land is planted with about 3,000 teakwood tree so the piece of land (19,599) may be has 2,000 teakwood tree. The land is registered under my Laos partner name.



I have measure from Google Earth and it is about 12km from center of town. The land is next to Viengkeo Secondary School and a temple. Surrounding areas are residence houses, resort and rented houses built in row and some farm land at the back that are converting more and more to residence houses . According to village head, Ministry of Foreign Affair is building hostel for their staff in that area next year. Laos Woman Union head office is further down the road. The main road outside the land is asphalted and is leading to the Casino Resort at Dansavanh.
